Job Description: Head of Training & Enablement – Adobe DX, India
Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience to lead the training and enablement initiatives for Adobe Digital Experience (DX) products in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with product companies, managing training partners, collaborating with edtech companies, and engaging with academic institutions to establish robust ecosystems. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving bookings, revenue growth, and certifications in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecosystem Enablement Strategy
Define, establish, and execute a comprehensive India ecosystem enablement strategy to build a scalable and exponential skill base for Adobe DX products.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with edtech companies, training partners, universities, and other stakeholders.
Scalable Enablement Models
Develop and implement innovative, scalable models, including partnerships and new business frameworks, to expand reach and adoption.
Drive engagement with academic and corporate stakeholders to integrate Adobe DX products into curriculum and professional training programs.
Revenue, Bookings & Certifications
Own and deliver on KPIs related to training bookings, revenue generation, and certifications across Adobe DX products in India.
Monitor market trends to identify and seize opportunities for growth in training and certification adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal and external teams to align training initiatives with Adobe’s global and regional goals.
Act as a thought leader, representing Adobe in industry forums and ensuring alignment with market demands.
Qualifications:
Experience: 15+ years of professional experience, with a focus on training, enablement, and ecosystem development in product companies.
Market Expertise: Proven success in driving training initiatives for large-scale products in the Indian market.
Strategic Acumen: Strong ability to define and execute market-specific strategies that align with global objectives.
Partnerships & Collaboration: Experience managing relationships with edtech companies, universities, and training partners.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of NEP, NCVET, and relationship with NSDC, AICTE and UGC
Understanding of current trends in the edtech and digital enablement landscape in India.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
