What you'll do:
As the CIS Head of Solution Incubation, you will be part of CIS Growth & Strategic Programs. You and your team will have a crucial role in helping customers re-imagining differentiated buisness processes with disruptive technologies like generative AI and beyond, with a customer specific Proof of Concepts.
You
• Manage a team of highly skilled and motivated developers
• Drive the POCs and projects motivating a set of developers as needed and assigned
• Execution and delivery of high impact concepts to SAP customers
• Effectively manage and align various stakeholders & SAP partners for the successful delivery
• Contribute towards the demand and capacity planning for the effective distribution of topics and resources
• Manage and Execute projects with dependencies across several Lines of Business
• Assess the most critical processes to be enhanced with disruptive technologies, delivering high value to the customers
What you bring:
The successful candidate for CIS Head of Solution Incubation will bring the following experience and attributes:
14+ years of professional working experience with a strong product and innovation focus and 4+ years’ experience as a people manager
Data Science /Gen AI background and knowledge of the SAP AI portfolio
Proven experience in leading teams and driving successful implementation
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Ability to lead projects across units in a results-driven and collaborative manner
Ability to communicate vision, strategy, and priorities effectively to the team
Proven record of applying a ‘can-do’ attitude and living an AI mindset
