Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive RAMS or Electrical/Electro-mechanical Engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and solution-oriented teammates.
You'll lead the RAMS activities, ensuring alignment with QCD commitments, and fostering a culture of Safety and Reliability across the site. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering Design, Validation, Quality, HR), manage and mentor the RAMS team, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of deploying Alstom Transport QMS, contributing to the continuous improvement of RAMS Métier, and enhancing our products' reliability and safety profiles.
We’ll look to you for:
Effective management of RAMS activities in line with project commitments
Deployment of quality and engineering instructions, particularly in RAM and Safety
Development and management of the RAMS team and workload
Collaboration with the Central Engineering RAMS team for continuous métier improvement
Promotion of RAM & Safety culture across different métiers/departments
Regular reporting and proactive resolution of issues affecting team performance

Degree in Electrical/Electro-mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience or understanding of RAMS assessment and demonstration, with at least 15+ years in a relevant field
Knowledge of railway products and their application in the field
Familiarity with team management, boasting at least 5 years leading teams
Excellent communication, conflict management, and multitasking skills
Customer-focused mindset with robust management skills
Proficiency in English and the national language of the site
