This is a full time work from office role
Location: HSR, Bangalore
Reports to: Head of Growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Growth - Define and drive the entire digital marketing strategy - performance marketing & SEO. Build and manage attribution models, A/B testing, and campaign optimizations for maximum ROI
- Channels - Advertise / Direct Agencies on various digital platforms – primarily develop an in-depth understanding of Meta & Google and explore other channels like Linkedin, Youtube etc
- Insights - Talk to consumers / Listen to consumer calls to generate consumer insights & ensure high-quality leads. Understand consumer persona & target them with the most relevant communication to increase the top of the funnel
- Technical - Operate digital channels / Audit agency performance in terms of campaign design, execution & overall output metrics
- Tracking & Monitoring - Track & optimize marketing metrics on a day to day basis. Make recommendations based on numbers & findings
- Google Analytics - Identify marketing performance issues and generate insights
- SEO Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement an SEO strategy to increase organic visibility & rankings. Collaborate with product team on technical seo, on-page & off-page SEO
- Keyword Research & Content Optimization - Identify high-impact keywords and collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly articles, blogs, and landing pages.
- Collaboration - Closely work with product team to optimize LPs, Whatsapp chat bots & content team for statics, videos, LPs etc.
