Department
You will be part of Manufacturing Operation-India , Global Supply Chain, Cement who supports Capital and Service Product line for Order Management. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in an international environment involving different cultures and different challenges. This department works closely with both our internal and external customers to ensure FLSmidth equipment’s on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire order lifecycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the sales team to clarify customer requirements and ensure order specifications are met.
- Prepare Quote for internal requirements and submit on time for Quote to Win
- Develop and maintain master schedules, ensuring alignment with contract scope and key milestones.
- Analyse and forecast project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Developing and maintaining projects master schedules and projects status for Client / Management review.
- Establishing Work Breakdown structure (WBS) & detailed schedules using CPM/PERT as applicable.
- Develop the detailed schedule taking into consideration project constraints such as resource availability and project execution plan.
- Ensuring projects are executed within the contractual duration and allowed budgets and identify/issue potential variations to project.
- Communicate the plan to all stakeholders and ensure full commitment.
- Analyse and comment with respect to, progress measurement, forecast completion dates, float analysis, KPIs, identify critical and near critical activities.
- Preparing /Updating project control procedures and project planning packages for assigned projects.
- Preparing graphs, diagrams, and other exhibits to illustrate project progress / cost status and forecast requirements for Client / Project team.
- Leading to the anticipation of delay and alert the management and propose corrective actions.

What you bring
- Understanding of technical specification & drawings.
- Expert in MS Project, Power BI, MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Hand-on experience on Project and Planning management system and Centre of Excellence
- Techno-Commercial experience and mindset,
- International & multi-stakeholders management exposure
- Competencies / Skills - PDCA approach, Why-Why analysis, Microsoft office, ERP, Workforce handling, Leadership skills, highly motivated/Target oriented, Punctuality
- Leadership quality- Six sigma (Black blet) preferred.
- Good analytical skills and Excellent Communication & presentation skills.
- Networking and Decision-making skill.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution.
Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from a reputed University..
Experience15 year’s relevant experience, at least 5 years of experience in people management
