About The Role

As we invest more into our growth, we’re looking for a talented Vice President - Head of CRM Marketing - who has a strong background, excellent technical skills, and sound business acumen. You'll be at the epicentre of our operations helping to scale the business and develop our company-wide CRM strategy and development in conjunction with the stakeholders.


The Head of CRM will be responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic development, management, and optimisation of the our HubSpot CRM platform within the organisation. This role plays a critical part in driving customer relationship management, improving sales and marketing processes, and enhancing overall customer engagement.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Platform governance: Build and lead best practices and increased adoption of our CRM across the business.
  • CRM Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives. For sales prospecting, nurturing, campaigns through to customer retention
  • HubSpot CRM development: Drive the configuration, integrations and any customisation of the CRM platform to meet the specific needs of the business.
  • Data Management: Oversee data quality, integrity, and hygiene within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information, in line with our data retention policies
  • User Training: Provide training and support to CRM users to optimise processes and the effectiveness of using the platform.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Own and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights for decision-making and performance tracking, using HubSpot and PowerBi to merge different data sources.
  • Integration: Collaborate with our Product Team to integrate HubSpot into our other software systems and tools.
  • Workflow and Sequencing Automation: Develop and optimise workflow automation rules to streamline sequencing processes to improve efficiency across sales, marketing and onboarding.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant global regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Performance Evaluation: Track and measure the performance of the CRM system against key performance indicators (KPIs) and make necessary adjustments to improve its efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Management: Work with the Marketing Director to build out a roadmap for the CRM team development
  • Vendor Relations: Own and develop our relationship with HubSpot and other third-party vendors
  • Utilise UX/UI principles: To manage design and optimise email templates and campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
