Role
This position is responsible for managing the commissioning team and also get involved in pre-commissioning, commissioning, stabilization & PG activities at mining sites. This is a business critical role which also supports plant audits & sustainability solutions.
Your responsibilities
Manage the commissioning team at site.
Check & Prepare detailed Punch lists for pending activities before pre-commissioning in terms of Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation and Automation.
Detail out plan for carrying out No Load Trials, Group trials with Interlocks, Load trials and Hot Commissioning including manpower requirement.
Setting up the Prerequisites of Load trials and Post Trial activities. Preparation of Commissioning Protocols and Completion certificates.
Responsible for carrying out Pre-commissioning, No Load Trials - Individual & Group trials with Interlocks, Load trials, Hot Commissioning, ramp up, trouble shoot, de-bottle neck & meet PG parameters with allocated resources
Coordination with various agencies like Customer/Consultant/Contractor and other stake holders including internal teams.
Preparation of PG Test protocols in line with contractual requirements and obtaining the acceptance of all stakeholders.
Lead and Conduct the PG test successfully.
Obtain the Handing over certificate from Customer.
Preparation of Commissioning reports, data / details of plant operation and store in Report repository.
What you bring
Sound knowledge in PIDs and interpretations of the same.
Sound knowledge in Plant start up, Operation and Maintenance.
Sound knowledge in Measuring methods and Process Calculations, Heat, Mass, Flow, water, etc.., Should have sound knowledge of Commissioning planning, Hands on experience in preparation of Commissioning and operation Schedule.
Sound knowledge of MS office and preparation Power point preparation is a must.
Willing to travel extensively and stay at site for longer duration.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering
Experience
10 to 15 years’ experience
