Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Vision:

Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with Miraggio's vision and business goals.

Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging across all platforms.
o
Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all customer touchpoints.

Campaign Development & Execution:
o
Lead the ideation, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, and experiential).
o
Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and influencers to deliver innovative campaigns that resonate with our audience.
3.
Digital & Social Media Marketing:
o
Drive digital brand presence through targeted social media strategies, influencer collaborations, and content marketing.
o
Oversee the development of engaging content for web, social media, and other channels to foster community and brand loyalty.

Market Research & Consumer Insights:
o
Leverage market research and consumer insights to guide brand strategy and campaign development.
o
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to stay ahead in the market.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand alignment across all departments.

Partner with PR and media teams to maximize brand visibility and media coverage.

Budget & Performance Management:

Manage brand marketing budgets effectively, ensuring ROI on all campaigns.

Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

7+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries.

Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
