We are seeking a Harmony Workspace Solutions Architect (JP) to join our team and lead the growth of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions across the JP region. In this pivotal role, you will focus on Check Point's Harmony Workspace Security Solutions, including technologies such as SASE, Email & Collaboration Security, SaaS Security, EDR, Mobile Security, Browser Security, and more. The ideal candidate is an experienced Sales Engineer/SME with a proven track record in promoting workspace security and emerging solutions.
What you will work on
- Trusted Advisor: Act as the subject matter expert and seasoned solution architect for the Workspace Security domain, providing guidance to internal teams, customers, and partners on building robust cybersecurity frameworks.
- Product Evangelism: Communicate the unique advantages of the Check Point Harmony Workspace Security solution to customers, partners, and engineering teams, while keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
- Technical Training: Develop and deliver technical workshops, webinars, and training sessions to key customers, resellers, and distributors to equip them with the knowledge to sell and promote our solutions.
- Market Promotion: Evangelize Harmony Workspace Security through marketing events, seminars, workshops, and public speaking engagements.
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with account teams to support pre-sales activities, including competitive analysis, demos, PoCs, RFPs, and proposals, ensuring successful sales of workspace security solutions.
- Expert Guidance: Address complex technical queries, provide best practices, and guide teams through solution implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales leaders, sales engineering teams, account managers, marketing, and channel sales teams to drive strategy, revenue growth, and expand market presence.
- Product Feedback & Innovation: Gather customer and partner feedback, work with product management to enhance solutions, and stay on top of industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell Opportunities: Promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the broader Check Point solutions portfolio.
Qualifications
What you bring On Day One with Yourself
- Technical Depth: Strong expertise & Deep Knowledge in multiple areas of Workspace Security solutions, including SASE, SD-WAN, Email Security, SaaS Security, EDR, and Mobile Security.
- Proven Success: A solid track record in senior pre-sales or technical roles within cybersecurity.
- Public Speaking: Experience in public speaking or presenting at industry events.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, pre-sales, architecture, or as an SME within the cybersecurity industry.
- Customer Engagement: Ability to engage with both technical and executive-level customer stakeholders, conducting in-depth solutioning discussions.
- Strong Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-On Experience: Practical experience in driving projects and delivering technical expertise when required.
- Leadership & Thought Leadership: A track record of thought leadership, including technical content creation and speaking engagements at conferences or meetups.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to challenges, with the ability to ask the right questions to clarify situations.
- Collaboration & Relationship Building: Skilled in qualifying partner needs and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
