Role overview:


With the ambition of multi fold growth across our organisation, the Global Technology Centre (GTC) is a global centre of excellence and an integral part of AtkinsRéalis delivery model, contributing to company’s growth and success. As part of the Global Win Work Transformation Program, we are committed to driving success by emphasizing consistency, optimizing processes, and harnessing the power of AI and digital tools to unlock more opportunities. Establishing a solid foundation with enhanced global support and fostering an efficient, collaborative team within GTC to address cross-regional win work needs is essential to the success of this plan.  GTC team being a Centre of Excellence (COE) hub will play a vital role in bringing the best practices across the organisation. Therefore, having a strong leader in GTC with focus on sales enablement & strategic mind set is essential. key Responsibilities:


You will be empowered to drive success, working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business. Specifically, you will have a big personal impact to:


  • Lead the Growth & Sales Enablement Hub in the GTC and be a representative on the Global Win Work Steering group.
  • Create and manage operations of the Hub based on a phased service model offer, including recruitment, onboarding, staff utilisation and capability development.
  • Continuously evolve and improve sales enablement services to provide consistent service to all regions in line with the global growth model.
  • Maintain strong relations with all regions, sectors and other stakeholders.
  • Implement robust quality assurance procedures to ensure excellence in service delivery from the Global Win Work Hub.
  • Ensure pursuits are accurately tracked through our in-house systems and take responsibility for regular reporting to Global Win Work Steer Co.
  • Support process automation and other digital and AI initiatives.
  • Act as the custodian of the global proposed information repository and data sets.

An experience leader who can drive success through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide strategic support to our regional teams in winning more opportunities.  The support should help establish consistency in our processes and tools so that global knowledge and best practices are utilised in every region.  Implement common processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.


Essentials:


  • Have extensive bidding experience across all value bands (c$1m - c$100m+) with a demonstrable understanding of the steps in a sales lifecycle. 
  • Ability to evaluate and translate complex concepts into a narrative that can be understood by global stakeholders
  • Be a recognized in many of the capability lines of the practice
  • Have a track record in setting and implementing strategy for a high performing client service
  • Relish nurturing, developing and motivating teams to deliver excellence and realize growth
  • Care passionately about delighting clients through a collaborative style and quality delivery
  • Think innovatively and creatively about the best way to solve clients’ problems
  • Be commercially astute, leveraging internal resource, intellectual property and supply chain
  • Communicate complex technical subjects clearly and concisely with a focus on benefits

Skills and qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in winning strategy, bids and hands on experience in using various tools related to the bids.
  • Experience in leading large bids across industries & markets.
  • Demonstrable experience operating using excellent interpersonal, commercial and communications skills with ability to communicate complex problems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • An industry recognized certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
