We will count on you to:

• Receive and review invoices from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Verify that invoices align with purchase orders, contracts, and other relevant documentation
• Process invoices in the ERP, ensuring adherence to established procedures and controls
• Reconcile invoice discrepancies and resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers or internal / external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supplier Maintenance / Buyers, to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments
• Monitor and track invoice-processing metrics, such as turnaround time and accuracy, and identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements related to invoice processing
• Provide support and assistance to other members of the GSP Ops team as needed

What you need to have: 

• 1-4 Years of experience in Source, Procurement or Payable processes
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

What makes you stand out?

• Exposure to ERP such as Oracle, SAP
• Insurance and / or insurance broking business domain knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (internally, with client stakeholders, and the supplier community)
• Ability to summarize information
• Ability to follow a process based on documented guidelines
• Strong team player
