Our commitments to Diversity and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, and sustainability demonstrate our commitment to stand for what is right.We will count on you to:Receive and review invoices from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and completenessVerify that invoices align with purchase orders, contracts, and other relevant documentationProcess invoices in the ERP, ensuring adherence to established procedures and controlsReconcile invoice discrepancies and resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers or internal / external stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supplier Maintenance / Buyers, to ensure timely and accurate payment processingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, paymentsMonitor and track invoice-processing metrics, such as turnaround time and accuracy, and identify areas for improvementStay updated on relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements related to invoice processingProvide support and assistance to other members of the GSP Ops team as neededWhat you need to have: 1-4 Years of experience in Source, Procurement or Payable processesBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldWhat makes you stand out?Exposure to ERP such as Oracle, SAPInsurance and / or insurance broking business domain knowledgeProficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.Strong customer service orientationExcellent written and verbal communication skills (internally, with client stakeholders, and the supplier community)Ability to summarize informationAbility to follow a process based on documented guidelinesStrong team playerMarsh is the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser.
