Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Associate (GSA) for our Food & Beverage department in Bengaluru, India. As a GSA - F&B, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests by providing professional and efficient service.


  • Greet and welcome guests according to company standards, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Take and process guest orders accurately, providing menu recommendations when appropriate
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address any food-related issues
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events or functions
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and any changes in offerings
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining open communication

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, including menu items and preparation methods
