About the Role We are looking for a Growth Product Manager at Leap, you will be responsible for scaling and optimizing products through innovative growth strategies and data-driven decision-making. Lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts while experimenting with cutting-edge marketing channels and growth tactics. The charter for this role will include:Growth Strategy & Execution: Own and execute the growth strategy for the product, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Collaboration & Solutioning: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand customer problems and identify impactful solutions. Drive product-market fit through collaboration and strategic decision-making.Growth Experimentation: Run and analyze growth experiments to optimize strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Continuously iterate on strategies based on performance data.Positioning & Messaging: Lead the development of effective product positioning, marketing messaging, and landing pages to maximize user engagement. Ensure alignment with the target market and business objectives.Rapid Prototyping & Testing: Lead rapid prototyping efforts using tools like Figma to test new ideas quickly. Utilize user feedback and data to refine concepts and product offerings.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing teams to shape strategies for key channels (Facebook, Google Search, UAC). Leverage a deep understanding of these platforms to drive growth and engagement.Opportunity Identification: Identify new growth opportunities based on data and user insights. Lead initiatives that inform decision-making and experimentation to continuously drive product growth.Ideal Persona would:5-8 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on growth and scaling products.Experience leading the scaling of a B2C app-first product from inception (0->1) through rapid growth stages (1->10).Proven track record in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across large-scale consumer apps.Experience managing and optimizing app install campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and cross-channel growth initiatives.Hands-on experience with product growth tactics, utilizing data analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to drive decision-making and KPIs.Experience working in fast-paced startup environments, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of scaling rapidly.Passion for optimizing the entire user journey, from awareness to conversion and long-term retention.Entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus, especially if you've scaled your own product or app to over 100K installs.Deep knowledge of the latest growth trends, mobile marketing strategies, and emerging technologies driving product success in the B2C space.
