Your Role and Responsibilities
As a transition and transformation lead you will assume overall responsibility and accountability of complex Hire to Retire transitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and integrating various workstreams across IT, transformation, change management and transition, ensuring a smooth and seamless transfer of services, and meeting all project objectives and deliverables. This is a critical role that requires complex project management and program management experience, coordination, and communication skills. Engagements may include scope including Finance & Accounting, Procurement and Customer Transformation alongside with Human Resources scope.
You will own client engagements / contracts across geographies & provide transition support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting
Manage executive stakeholder engagement from both a client and IBM perspective.
Monitor transition and transformation spending to ensure costs are within approved cost case budget.

Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making
Responsible to achieve transformation at a high level of change management experience, including challenging, inspiring, and leading the team
Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters ‘critical to quality’ for process delivery
Assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders and managers, including performance management, feedback, and training
Ensure adequate mentorship and training of team members to ensure process objectives and Customer requirements are met
Key Competencies
Contracts Review: Ability to review and interpret contracts to ensure compliance and alignment with project objectives, requirements and deliverables.
Team Management: Skilled in managing and leading cross-cultural, cross-geo teams of transition resources, transformation resources and subject matter experts.
Program Management: Strong and proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, skilled in project management tools – Monday.com preferred. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 15 years of experience in Hire to Retire Transitions and Transformations
Proven experience in creating and developing of value proposition, business cases, industry specific offerings
Ability to ideate strategic direction and initiatives through designing of business outcome models, contracting structures and identification of new opportunities and business lines
Proficient in supporting sales team for building compelling business case for prospect clients to offshore business and work closely with Process Delivery leaders in identifying improvement opportunities and implement the same across all processes
Expertise to lead efforts on continuous process improvements and transformation along with carrying out maturity assessments
Proven experience in understanding of end-to-end Hire to Retire processes. In depth process knowledge in reporting, management reporting and analytics
