Position at India Manthan Services ISP Group Graphic Designer Role Profile Purpose of Role We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Group Marketing and Communications team. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Brand, you will provide technical and creative support to the area in the online and offline environment, at group level. Responsible for producing practical but creative design solutions that have a high visual impact, and are aligned to brand guidelines, from conceptualization to execution.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, including brand identity, advertising, on-offline campaigns, design briefs, create layouts and final artwork and any additional marketing collaterals.
Curate, archive, and manage data bank of suitable images, including in-house pictures and digitally manipulated images.
Provide final production artwork
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs.
Video creation and editing.
Enhance group and schools websites' appearance by keeping the images and design up to date and relevant
Online: Online publications, social media, emails, posts, banners, blogs, adverts. Video creation and editing. Etc.
Coordinate with outside agencies, printers, and other suppliers, as needed
Work closely with the regional and schools marketing teams, to support graphic design needs and ensure artwork requirements are completed as requests.
Schedule and complete projects in a timely and efficient manner. Provide a process to keep track of requests, and provide up-to-date reports on design progress and pending requests.
Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Company
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in graphic design, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent, with a keen interest and talent in creative work.
3+ years of graphic design experience, creating and implementing outstanding visuals at an advertising agency or in-house creative department.
Highly proficient in design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc)
Experience in photography, photo editing, videography, video editing and post-production (AE, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
A clear understanding of traditional marketing, digital marketing, social media, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Highly creative, but at the same time must have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; good team worker
Project management, ability to multitask, and to meet tight deadlines.
Experience in educational environments is a plus but not required.
