Purpose of the role:
This position requires a creative leader with strong copywriting skills, a large vocabulary, and a proven track record of delivering award-winning campaigns. The Group Creative Manager will be responsible for developing and guiding the execution of innovative and interactive campaigns that meet client goals. They will oversee creative strategies across multiple accounts, ensuring that the team’s ideas are impactful and aligned with client needs. The role includes collaborating with business development for pitches and client presentations, while ensuring timely project delivery and high-quality execution. The manager will also foster teamwork, encourage creative collaboration, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Previous experience in winning awards for creative campaigns is a plus.
