Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Layout: Develop and design various materials for school events, newsletters, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visuals align with the school's brand identity and maintain a cohesive look across materials.
- Digital and Social Media Graphics: Create digital assets for social media channels, websites, and email marketing that engage students, parents, and the community.
- Print Materials: Design posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and other print materials for school events and communications.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, administration, and teachers, to fulfill their design needs.
- Photography and Editing: Capture and edit photos for events, projects, and promotional use.
- Maintain Design Assets: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and other resources.
Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in an educational or non-profit environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Creativity and Innovation: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles, creativity, and attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Photography Skills: Basic photography and photo editing skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
Knowledge of website design tools like WordPress or basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Experience in creating content for social media and understanding of social media platforms.
