Graphic Designer (India)

At Allucent™, we are dedicated to helping small-medium biopharmaceutical companies efficiently navigate the complex world of clinical trials to bring life-changing therapies to patients in need across the globe.

We are looking for Digital Design Specialist to join our A-team (hybrid*) who will be responsible for providing graphic design support within a life science company for a range of different platforms and media: PowerPoint, Social Media SharePoint, Website Graphics, and Print Collateral. Responsibilities also include secondary website and social media support including updating website content, copywriting, and managing Allucent’s social media calendar.

''This is a hybrid role with work hours from 2 PM to 11 PM IST to facilitate close collaboration with our teams in the USA and the UK. Additionally, we expect this person to work in the Bangalore office at least once a week for team collaboration'' 

In this role your key tasks will include:

• Design and produce high-quality corporate PowerPoint presentations with a focus on professional layouts, visual storytelling, and ensuring brand consistency. 
• Create visually appealing designs for marketing collateral, infographics, social media posts, and other visual assets for online and offline campaigns using Canva and Adobe applications.  
• Create visually engaging graphics and animations for videos. Perform video editing tasks, including adding intro/outro sequences, modifying content, and integrating new images or visuals as needed. 
• Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to design user-friendly, visually appealing website graphics, landing page designs, and banner ads that align with the company’s digital strategy. 
• Ensure all visual assets and communications are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a professional and cohesive brand image. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams within marketing like content strategy, social media and website development, to align designs with project goals and deliver visually engaging content that meets the brief.
