Job Summary:


This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions.


Roles & Responsibilities:


SEO Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization to drive organic growth.


CRM Management & Customer Retention – Oversee lead segmentation, automation workflows, and personalized marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.


Data Analysis & Performance Tracking – Monitor SEO rankings, organic traffic, customer interactions, and CRM conversion metrics, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Salesforce, and HubSpot.


Content & Keyword Optimization – Ensure SEO-driven content strategies, keyword research, and metadata enhancements to improve search visibility and user engagement.


Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution – Lead email marketing, drip campaigns, and CRM integrations to optimize customer touchpoints and drive conversions.


Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with content, development, sales, and marketing teams to align SEO and CRM strategies with business objectives.


Industry Trends & Compliance – Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI-driven SEO, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and CRM best practices to ensure continued growth and data security.


Professional & Technical Skills:


SEO & CRM Software Expertise – Proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz for SEO and Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM for customer relationship management.


Technical SEO & Website Optimization – Strong knowledge of site architecture, indexing, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first SEO.


Data Analytics & Performance Tracking – Ability to track and analyze SEO rankings, organic traffic, customer behavior, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau, and CRM dashboards.


Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing – Experience with email marketing, drip campaigns, customer segmentation, and AI-driven automation workflows.


Content Strategy & Keyword Optimization – Expertise in keyword research, content planning, metadata optimization, and search intent-based strategies.
