Management Level: 7-Manager


Location: Mumbai, MC1 Building, NonSTPI


Must-have skills: Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)


Good to have skills: Experience in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.


Job Summary:


This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.


You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following:



  • Manage a team of CLM functional and technical experts to implement CLMprograms and deliver the requisite business outcomes for the client.



  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of the CLM transformation programs.



  • Experience and certification in one of the following CLM tools - Conga, Icertis, DocuSign, Sirion,Agiloft, or any other CLM tool is a must.



  • Build relationships with key client decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor for CLM implementation projects.



  • Manage projects to plan, execute, and deliver all the key deliverables on time with no compromise on quality. This includes managing timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams.



  • Drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the quote-to-cash space, with focus on CLM solution.




  • Perform the role of a CLMadvisor; and provide guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in recruitment activities.



  • Support RFPs and proposals and be part of the sales effort and solutioning when needed to win projects and help grow talent at Accenture.



  • Work with a team of seasoned professionals & use relevant tools to develop business cases, strategic assessments, and publish assets / accelerators.



  • Help clients drive the best possible outcomes and enhance the customer experience of our clients.



  • Work to facilitate involvement of key stakeholders and buy-in for change readiness.



  • Work closely with key departments such as - Legal, Paralegal, Finance, Regulatory compliance to ensure project success.

  • Hands-on experience in any one of the CLMtools,such as Conga, Icertis, DocuSign, Sirion, Agiloft, or any other CLM tool.



  • Experience working with C level executives.



  • An ability to work with the leadership to support business development and thought leadership.



  • Be adept at working in a fast-paced dynamic environment both on offshore and onshore locations.  



  • Strong communication and presentation skills to share the perfect pitch with keystakeholders.



  • Build network with key stakeholders, other team members and technology team to establish long-term relationships thereby helping in growth of the team.



  • Identify new opportunities, develop solutions, and own proposals end to end.



  • Contribute to offering development skills to identify areas of growth related to specific skills, platforms, assets etc. that contribute to enhancing the offering.



Your experience counts!



  • 5-10 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in the products, communications, life sciences, high-tech, resources, or financial services industry.




  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute.



  • 5-10 years consulting and/or Lead-to-Cash (CPQ/CLM/Billing) implementation experience.



  • Managing a minimum of 3 large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Lead-to-Cash (CPQ/CLM/Billing) solutions.



  • Experience delivering global CLM transformation projects.



  • Deep understanding of the entire lead-to-cash business processes.



  • Experience working across multiple industries.



  • Experience in working withsenior management levels within existing organization / client organizations.



  • Experience in setting up and growing teams to meet needs across skills, geographies, and industries.



  • Strong project management and/or leadership skills.
