Position - GM - Marketing (B2B & B2C)


Key Responsibilities:-


  • Develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies to build brand positioning and create brand
  1. Should have the capability to handle transactions between ₹2.5 crores and ₹3 crores
  2. Plan and manage the design, content and production of all the marketing materials for all the initiatives as per the marketing plan
  3. Research various online communication initiatives across different segments and improve the digital strategy and communication of the company
  4. Keep abreast with industry, competition and market trends and best practices
  5. Experience of Market Research & Studies
  • Analysing the existing customer base across segments and accordingly create effective marketing and branding strategies
  1. To maximize efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate identity across different marketing channels
  2. Ensuring consistency in the implementation of branding collaterals across different touchpoints as per the project timelines
  3. Ability to liaison with different Agencies for brand communication, research and Customer Satisfaction
  4. Conceptualising and implementation of activation program with existing customers and prospects for generating business opportunities
  • Develop and implement customer engagement program to build customer intimacy and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement media plan for advertising across different platforms
  1. Create and implement content strategy for improving the quality of online content
  • Development of annual event strategy and plan for the company for internal as well as external industry events
  1. Ensure efficiency and optimization of event related budget through detailed cost review without compromising on the quality output
  2. Manage event requirements in terms of communication and collaterals ensuring timely execution of all the elements of the events
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless implementation of the event plan and effectively communicate project updates
  4. Set event objectives, success measures (ROI) and detailed action plans to support overall marketing strategy
  5. Management of event execution along with event organizers or third parties ensuring each event details are optimized without reducing brand consistency and risking timely delivery
  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for the company
  1. Some of the marketing campaigns an incumbent will be responsible for is Corporate brand marketing & management, Business Segment Marketing, Brand Awareness, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Media Planning & Buying, Launches, Internal Communications
  2. Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels and all the company's social media accounts
  3. Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget on a monthly and quarterly basis, with approvals according to the Delegation of Authority (DOA).

Pre-requisites:


  • MBA/PGDM from a reputable institution
  • Strong people management skills: The ideal candidate demonstrates robust leadership abilities, effective team/individual management, and clear, efficient communication.
