Role Objective:


Responsible for planning, streamlining and executing administrative workflows and processes, ensuring alignment with legal & safety standards and compliances as per the Shop & Establishment act.  Overall management of the facility and administration of services with enhanced level of customer services.


Primary responsibilities:


1. Facility Management:


a. Overall maintenance and upkeep of office space, ensuring space utilization and safety for healthy work environments.


b. Managing facility day to day operations, utilities, housekeeping, security, pantry, gardening, travel, hotel etc...


c. Coordinates with building management & vendors to ensure seamless facility operations.


2. Vendor management:


a. In overall vendor management, the candidate will identify the new vendor, negotiation, ensuring cost control within budget and enhanced service delivery as per requirement.


b. To ensure the life cycle of current vendors is managed


c. Overall management of housekeeping staff and third-party staff.


3. Compliances:


a. Statutory compliances relating to Shops and Establishment; Facility, Retirals, Monthly/Periodic/Yearly compliance and returns at the country level.


b. Legatrix management.


4. General Administrations:


a. Manages overall administrative activities.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS



  • Preferred: Any graduate with master’s in business administration

EXPERIENCE



  • 15 years of relevant experience

ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES IF REQUIRED
