Work arrangements:  This is a hybrid position, and we expect this person to be in the office three times per week.


Key Responsibilities:


Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Develop actionable metrics to track engagement, effectiveness, and value of Well-being programs
  • Analyze and report on Well-being programs, ensuring understanding of impact and outcomes against objectives
  • Collect and organize program data to identify opportunities for enhancing global Well-being strategies
  • Prepare regular reports on program performance and engagement metrics

Program Utilization and Employee Experience:


  • Oversee and manage global Well-being programs and vendors
  • Implement Well-being Champions to advocate for initiatives and drive continuous engagement
  • Deploy Well-being strategies through company-wide initiatives, including site-specific activities, manager trainings, and employee webcasts
  • Research and recommend innovative solutions to improve program utilization and employee experience

Benefits Integration:


  • Collaborate with regional Benefit Leads to ensure alignment between Well-being initiatives and benefits programs
  • Assist in reviewing and updating benefits communications to support a holistic approach to employee well-being
  • Provide technical support on benefits-related inquiries as they relate to Well-being programs

Strategy and Implementation:


  • Work with the Director of Global Benefits to develop and scale new and creative Well-being programs
  • Support the project management of approved Well-being solution implementations across global regions
  • Evaluate industry trends and partner with professional organizations, brokers/consultants, and networking groups to understand and implement best practices

Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Develop and foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Reward Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders across global regions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in employee Well-being, providing guidance and support to various levels of the organization

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health & Wellness, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Well-being program management, benefits administration, or related HR functions
  • Strong background in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • In-depth knowledge of global Well-being trends and best practices
  • Understanding of benefits programs and their integration with Well-being initiatives
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience working in a global environment and understanding diverse workplace cultures
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and HR information systems

This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment with high visibility and exposure within the JLL Reward team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing Well-being strategies that positively impact employee health, engagement, and overall experience.
