Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaign plans, working closely with business stakeholders to align with marketing goals and prioritize initiatives, product launches, and campaign deliverables.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and campaign leads to drive annual marketing and campaign planning, adjusting priorities as needed throughout the year based on business requirements.
  • Build and refine content strategies tailored to industry segments, personas, and buyer’s journey stages, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Set and review KPIs for marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and driving continuous improvement across the marketing communications team.
  • relationships with marketing agencies, media partners, and suppliers, advocating for the adoption of new strategies and tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness.

The essential requirements of the job include:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field; preferably in biotechnology or chemistry.
  • Over 3 years in marketing, campaign management, or marketing communications, with at least 1 year in B2B, preferably within the life sciences industry.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams, manage complex projects, and collaborate with external parties.
  • Familiarity with Transformative Marketing, integrated campaign strategies, and experience using marketing automation, content management, and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of life sciences product/industry is preferred.
