  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in assessing talent acquisition program and workflow strengths, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of enhancements.
  • Help gather and analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and contribute to actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of reporting capabilities for global talent acquisition.
  • Aid in researching external best practices, innovations, and trends in talent acquisition to incorporate into organizational solutions.
  • Create and update operational support materials, process documents, and training resources.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to recruiters and hiring managers on talent acquisition tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of recruiting operations with organizational goals.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships for talent acquisition tools and products.
  • Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruitment operations and technology.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as PowerBI or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a global talent acquisition function.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
