We are currently seeking a Global Services Strategic Applications Workflow Product Manager who will be responsible for developing new workflow solutions product offers for flow cytometry and immunology products.
This position is part of the Global Service Marketing group and will be based in Mumbai, India.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Developing the global marketing strategy for Flow Cytometry Workflow Solutions and service offers.
Building compelling value propositions for new Beckman Coulter Life Sciences’ products with the end goal of upholding positioning, driving product adoption and attachment rates, and growing product revenue.
Creating the long-term roadmap of offerings for new applications workflow products.
Developing Go-to-Market (GTM) plans and product positioning in the marketplace, particularly for new product introductions by defining needed offerings, managing milestone deliverables ahead of launch including part numbers, customer-facing material, and driving internal launch preparedness globally.
Ensuring service value drivers are understood and addressed during product design.
The essential requirements for the job include:
Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years experience and proficiency in written and spoken English.
Previous experience in product marketing, with a technical background in flow cytometry and/or immunology workflow solutions, preferably with prior experience in a field applications role.
A proven track record in product launch planning and a strong understanding of customer workflows.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, scientific journals, technical procedures, and regulatory regulations.
Participate in Launch Excellences (LEx) and New Product Introductions (NPI) to ensure the integration of customer workflow needs, marketing/messaging, pricing and launch forecasts.
Analyze product performance and customer feedback post-launch. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for service offering improvements and enhancements. Implement strategies to sustain growth, optimize pricing, and expand the market share.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Service and support performance measurements, statistics, benchmarks and industry best practice global deployment roll out.
Project management skills with history of working on complex projects in a highly matrixed environment.
Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills…ability to translate customer needs into robust business cases.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
