Experience

4 to 8 years of experience in handling comminution equipment in Minerals industry mainly Crushing and Milling/ grinding products including Crushers / SAG / Rod / Ball Mills/ High pressure grinding rolls or equivalent.


Your responsibilities

1) Preparation of detailed technical Proposal documents for both Upgrades/ Retrofit opportunities


2) Application knowledge for various minerals and ability to read drawings


3) Basic Equipment sizing knowledge.


4) Preparation of standard templates tools for the quick turnaround of proposals.


5) Understand the customer requirements and work with stakeholders in finalizing the solution and scope of the offerings.


5) Tender document review & listing comments/ deviations


6) Knowledge of costing / estimation will be added advantage


7) Attend technical meetings with internal customer & external (as & when required)


9) Plan & coordinate for technical inputs with Sales team to meet the proposal schedules


10) Closely work with Regional Service Line Management teams, Engineering, Purchase and Estimation teams to complete proposals


What you bring


  • Product knowledge of Milling , Grinding , Crishers & HPGR
  • Ability to interpret the report & understand the problem and work on solution.
  • Should have basic knowledge of proposal flow process for global environment including equipment sizing, bill of material, proposal documentation, etc.
  • Good communication skills to co-ordinate with internal and global teams
  • Ability to co-ordinate and collaborate with Global & Domestic teams
  • Ability to work remotely if and when required
  • Business drivers with a practical approach will be important
  • Willingness to complete tasks on time without compromising on processes
  • Ability to read the engineering drawings including Bill of materials/ parts lists
