The key responsibilities of the Global Compliance Operations Project Manager will be to:


·Project manage key Compliance team initiatives, including resources, key stakeholders and deliverables


·Support the management and operations of the Legal Compliance and Privacy program in maturing and documenting all aspects of the program including strategy, risk, investigations, policies, procedures, and guidance


·Location near an Agilent Office is a plus, but not a requirement.


·Certification or expertise in an area of compliance such as privacy, fraud, audit, or general compliance is preferred and will be required within one year of hire.


Working with Agilent’s Global Compliance team, the Operations Project Manager position ensures the program is properly managed and documented.It supports the strategy and goals of the organization and is instrumental in organizing and communicating the company’s policies, procedures, tools and resources in a way that can be readily accessed and understood by employees and partners around the world.It is a critical role in upholding Agilent’s core values, particularly those of Accountability and Uncompromising Integrity.


As Operations Project Manager your responsibilities will entail:


1.Managing communications channels related to Compliance and Privacy and actively communicating with the network about topics of interest


2.Monitoring existing and proposed compliance laws and regulations and developing a method for sharing the resources efficiently internally with teams who need such information


3.Developing and disseminating timely and relevant communications and tools across Agilent regarding compliance practices and procedures, including to business units, and explain privacy practices and legal positions to clients, vendors and other external stakeholders.


4.Developing and delivering and managing training according to business and compliance need.


5.Supporting tools and processes managed by Global Compliance such as registrations, hotline reporting, investigations, data subject requests, breach notifications, supplier qualification, and channel partner review


6.Managing policies and procedures owned by Global Compliance, including updating, version control, and providing related tools and resources


7.Assisting in the preparation of and carrying out of audits and resolution of audits for Agilent’s compliance globally.


8.Understand company products practices and business lines to assist in developing compliance strategies globally


9.Advise the business regarding company practices that impact compliance.


10.Support the implementation of Agilent’s Records and Information Management policies.


Qualifications

·Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent job experience.


·At least four years of substantive compliance experience in any compliance-related field – privacy, healthcare, fraud, audit, risk management, sales compliance, field compliance -is required.


·Experience working within a global organization is strongly preferred.


·Background in life sciences, healthcare, and/or biotechnology is a plus.


·Excellent communication and influencing skills – comfort in public speaking is a must.


·Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to develop innovative solutions and influence outcomes.


·Must have a strong sense of integrity and ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed organization.


·Given the nature of the work, the successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to interface and build strong, trusted working relationships with colleagues.


·Proficiency with information technology is a plus.
