The Position


The Digital account Manager can be work as an extended arm of the Customer Engagement and Digital Media Hub team you will act as an expert within paid, owned and earned digital media strategy and activation to deliver best in class recommendations, insights and performance that will drive business impact for our affiliates. 
 


To co-develop targets and KPIs that reflects business goals for our brands and commercial teams in global and affiliates to establish the success criteria of the campaigns and measure impact across the organization. This role will work closely with key colleagues in the Customer Engagement Team, DM HUB, local media plan owners. Additionally, this role will be collaborating with external partners and vendors across HQ, regions and affiliates.


  • Be the go-to expert for consulting as well as creating and implementing digital strategies. Be hands-on person for media planning across channels ensuring optimal orchestration and performance.


  • Build recommendation that supports brand and business objectives, and campaigns setup across global commercial teams and local affiliates.


  • Project manage new initiatives in Digital Media Hub including new tech platforms, process improvement, branding of services etc.


  • Be a subject matter expert within at least one of the following channels: Google, social media or 3rd Party Media and Collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.


  • Understand multi- and omnichannel approach to earned, owned and paid media and provide a holistic view on performance based on the insights and Monitor website performance and track user engagements across platforms.


Qualification


  • Master’s degree or above in relevant area.


  • Has + 6 years of relevant work experience.


  • Proven work and hands-on experience as a Digital Account Manager or Digital Strategist.


  • Profound experience in translating business objective to digital strategies.


  • Candidate must be an expert within their field and have their digital tool box in order in particular within Paid Media.


  • Hands on experience and master user of either Google, Social Media or 3rd Party Media.


  • Great stakeholder management skills.


  • Strong understanding of other Paid media channels and web traffic drivers.


  • Strong data understanding and interest.


  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.


  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.


  • Good time-management skills.


  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.


About the department


The Commercial, Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Customer Engagement, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial, GBS unit also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. In Global Customer Engagement we are passionate about driving quality engagement with internal and external customers across digital and hybrid channels.
