Forescout has an excellent opportunity for an engaging and employee-focused Benefits Administrator to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team.  In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to employees and the Global Benefits Manager, particularly for our team in India.
What You Will Do
  • Report to the Corporate Human Resources Total Rewards organization.
  • Arrange Benefits Orientation for new hires.
  • Provide country employee insurance materials to new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits enrollments (hires, benefit changes, terminations).
  • Coordinate benefit eligibility documentation and handle private data confidentially.
  • Administer Leaves of Absence according to company leave policies.
  • Work in various applications to approve leaves, process leave requests, change employee status, and notify Payroll of leave details.
  • Audit monthly enrollments and insurance bills.
  • Reconcile medical insurance premium CD balance to ensure funds are available for ongoing new hires.
  • Investigate discrepancies in billings or late payments.
  • Notify Payroll of benefit enrollments for deductions as needed.
  • Ensure a high-quality service level.
  • Liaison between employee, Broker, and insurer.
  • Provide support for special benefit projects and tasks.
  • Maintain employee benefits information in SharePoint. 
What You Will Bring To Forescout
  • 2 to 3 years of applicable experience (benefits administration preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams. 
  • Possess organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Microsoft Office or related software. 
  • Deep understanding of customer service and benefits, particularly in India.  
  • Ability to work in conjunction with employees, local leaders, and HRBP. 
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. 
  • Documented success in problem-solving.
