The Identity Access Management Operations (IAM Ops) is a global organization within with 900+ employees located across the globe. GIAM manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications. IAM works in partnership with Global Information Security to build appropriate security architecture in new apps and supports large business-driven technology projects related to information security issues.
Responsible to consolidate remaining IS operations from business, CTI, and satellite (in-country) offices, to meet the regulatory requirement of centralizing all Information Security (IS) functions under a single management structure – Global IAM. Will work closely with Global Information Security (GIS) team, country O&T, Technology Sectors, Fincon, HR, Legal, Compliance and CTI for activities remained within the country.
This role will provide opportunities to deepen the knowledge of the special characteristics of a global team within a multinational company and opportunity to enhance the individual’s project management, risk management skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement standardized IAM Information Security migration processes for applications and infrastructure systems.
- Plan and execute migration projects using Project Management best practices.
- Coordinate with teams providing standardized IAM support for applications, Database Systems, Unix systems, AD/Wintel systems, and terminations/revocations.
- Manage internal projects end-to-end while meeting schedule, scope, and performance goals.
- Cooperate with Service Delivery, Risk, PRM, and re-engineering teams to exchange knowledge and experience.
- Cooperate with CATE Solution development teams and help with implementation of automation solutions and troubleshooting.
- Design and develop Citigroup information security related solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive plan for the groups of applications including technical, automation plans, volumes, costs, etc.
- Test and implement process automation tools.
- Hosts meetings in fast paced environment communicating complex transition topics effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Manage project stakeholders from system admin, developer, business, and technology organizations.
- Work to be compliant with Citigroup policy.
- Analyze process security gaps.
- Support Audit, and Risk Analysis.
- Support on additional/adhoc tasks from manager.
- Work on process improvements including process redesign and tools enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher desired or the candidate should have proven equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience either in an Information Security Administration environment or related field with project management experience
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in transitioning applications and infrastructure systems
- Must have good negotiation and troubleshooting skills and good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in Risk Management, Compliance or Identify & Access Management preferred.
- Good working knowledge of industry standard information security practices
- Candidate should be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to set priorities and work under pressure.
- Adept at running virtual meetings of global project stakeholders.
- Must be innovative, creative, and flexible.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of application security compliance processes and systems would be preferable.
- Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to work with a variety of people from all areas of Citi.
- Self-motivated, ability to work in virtual team.
