Job Description


  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as a General Manager of Roma. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives through effective strategic planning and operational management.

Key Responsibilities for this role


  • Develop and implement strategic vision to achieve long-term growth and profitability.
  • Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth collaboration across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer service.
  • Manage the P&L, providing financial leadership and implementing corrective actions to optimize profitability.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, capitalize on emerging trends, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Implement and optimize systems and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to elevate operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, providing clear insights into business performance, trends, and future forecasts.
  • Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate customer problems and inspire teams.
