*Job Description*
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and a proven track record of success in the industry.
Responsibilities:
. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel
. Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability
. Manage and lead a team of department heads and staff
. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
. Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
. Maintain high standards of service and hospitality throughout the hotel
. Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and partners
. Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in hotel management
- Proven leadership and managerial skills
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to the hotel industry
