General Corporate, M&A, PE/VC (1-4 PQE) | Delhi

A reputed law firm is looking to hire an Associate (1-4 years PQE) for its General Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity/Venture Capital practice in Delhi. The role offers exposure to high-value transactions and dynamic client engagements across industries.

• Assisting in M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, including structuring, negotiations, and execution.
• Conducting due diligence, drafting reports, and identifying key legal risks in corporate transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing transaction documents, such as shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, investment agreements, and term sheets.
• Advising clients on company law, foreign investment regulations, FEMA, SEBI, and other corporate governance matters.
• Liaising with regulatory authorities and assisting in compliance-related matters.
• Supporting senior associates and partners on deal strategy and transaction execution.

• LL.B. from a reputed law school.
• 1-4 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate law, M&A, and PE/VC transactions.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with FEMA, SEBI, Companies Act, and related regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
