A leading law firm is seeking a General Corporate Associate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for its Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general corporate work with basic exposure to litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate-commercial contracts.
Advising on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
Assisting with corporate due diligence and regulatory compliance.
Coordinating with dispute resolution teams on matters involving basic litigation.
Qualifications and Skills:
PQE: 1–3 years in general corporate practice.
Exposure to or basic knowledge of litigation is preferred.
Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
