YOUR ROLE

• Executing product analysis and testing, focusing on product development projects for the automotive industry
• Documenting progress and results meticulously within lab systems
• Organize, record, and present data from experiments and testing while identifying opportunities for new technology, product enhancements, and performance improvement
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations while handling products, maintaining laboratory and storage areas, and managing equipment
• Perform data analysis, draw insightful conclusions, and make informed experimental recommendations
• Provide support to manufacturing teams to ensure the consistent delivery of quality products
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders (production plant, sales, application development) leveraging their feedback to optimize processes and meet customer requirements

• Qualification BE Chemistry
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly
