We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will

• Implement and maintain service management practices, ensuring optimal service delivery, incident management, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and product managers, to align technical initiatives with business objectives
