We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of lead Consultant Specialist


In this role as a Lead Consultant Specialist you will be responsible for the below:


  • Technical leadership for a team of engineers that focus on development, deployment and operations.
  • Lead and contribute to multiple pods with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
  • Interface technically with a range of stakeholders with customer and business impact
  • Leading others to solve complex problems.
  • Experience in working within an agile, multidisciplinary DevOps team.
  • Migrate and re-engineer existing services from on-premises data centers to Cloud (GCP/AWS)
  • Understanding the business requirements and provide the real-time solutions.
  • Following the project development tools like JIRA, Confluence and GIT
  • Write python/shell scripts to automate operations and server management.
  • Build and maintain operations tools for monitoring, notifications, trending, and analysis.
  • Define, create, test, and execute operations procedures.

  • Should be able to bring in DevOps mindset in the team.
  • Document current and future configuration processes and policies.
  • Experience of managing Service management, incident management and problem management. Responsible for service delivery metrics like release frequency, MTTR, and other DORA metrics.
  •  Leading (not managing) by doing, helping technical people and teams through complexity and towards an improved way of engineering.
  • Should have good understanding of SRE concepts and that should be reflected in the solution being given to engineers in the scrum team
  • On the constant lookout for continuous improvement of technology, practices, and processes
  • Raising the bar on quality and expectations of what being an engineer means through your actions and behavior.
  • Manage service operations and lead continuous improvement for service operations and DORA metrics
