ReportingtotheDirectorofGBSStrategyandTransformation,theGBSStrategyand
TransformationSeniorProfessionalwillbeacriticalmemberofourGlobalBusinessServices
organization.ThisroleischargedwithsupportingaportfolioofGBSscopeandinitiativesina
multi-yearroadmap,todeliverGBSvaluetotheorganization.Inclosecoordinationwiththe
Director,thisrolewillhelptodefine,document,anddeliverthemulti-yearstrategicplanning
processforGBS,articulatehowGBSstrategytranslatesintoaction,buildandmanageseveral
enablingGBSframeworksanddeliverables(e.g.,businesscases,servicecatalog,performance
