Process Description:
The Humanitarian shipments program management group will manage specialized UPS clients for I Plus, PFSCM, and UPS Foundation for humanitarian aid. The team is responsible for managing the whole operation process for Global UPS locations and Authorized Service Contractors.Job Duties•Day to Day customer interaction, from shipment pick uptilldelivery.•Coordinate with Originto plan and initiate shipment pickupand carrier booking.•Contact destination for Import waiver process. •Monitor and provide constant shipment progress update throughout the entireshipment lifecycle.•Create and send shipment shipping instruction and pre-alerts to origin and destination for timely shipment acceptance andclearance.•Updating and monitor shipment export and import milestones timely in E2kand Cargowise application tomeetshipment visibility KPI. •Follow up at each shipment milestone to get required information from origin and•Destination.•Create and participate in Customer Business Review and Operational Business Review.Process Prerequisites•Hands on experience of minimum 3 years in Freight Forwarding Operations.•Day to day experience in communicating with UPSoffice andAuthorized Service Contractors indifferent regions.•Should have knowledge of documents verification.•Experience with E2k and CargoWise applications is required.•Working knowledge of Freight Pricing, Rates & Quotations, and Charges update in E2kand Cargowise.

Excellent communication skill to set up and lead calls with all process stakeholders.
•Thorough understanding of all aspects of the Freight Forwarding operation process.
•Advanced knowledge of working with MS Word, Excel and Power point.
•Excellent Attention to detail
