FX Product and Data Delivery Manager - Vice President

Job Description:

The FX Connect Product team is seeking a FX Product and Data Delivery Manager. This individual will lead a team of business analysts responsible for the delivery of business, regulatory and data changes in support of respective product roadmaps. This individual will oversee a structured GLFX data-focused center of excellence. The successful candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong expertise in data and foreign exchange. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a cross-product team of business and data analysts
• Work with the product managers and sales team to take high-level business requirements and analyze and define functional requirements including constructing workflow charts, diagrams and screen mockups.
• Lead complex data related projects and provide reporting solution to the client with an emphasis on data sensitivity and data integrity.
• Analyze data using SQL, data bricks and various query tools.
• Create, design and implement Power BI reports based on the needs of the business.
• Perform UAT validation on new features and capabilities and provide business signoff.
• Document information shared during strategy, design, development and release meetings.
• Manage the administration of system documentation including product development schedules, release schedules, bug tracking, etc.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating internal and external release notes as well as internal training and process materials.
• Work closely with APAC sales team to help prioritize, gather and define client requirements.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with many different team members across the business and technology areas.
• Facilitate and perform reviews of the product to ensure key business needs are sufficiently met and that there is consistency in the UI design across the platform.
• Implement structural improvements to maximize team efficiency and productivity
• Help drive the long-term data strategy while implementing controls to minimize related risk

 Job Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's (BA/BS or University degree) degree required
• Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.

• 15+ years of experience in Financial services industry.
• Foreign Exchange domain expertise
• Trading System Workflow and User Experience design experience a plus

• SQL, data analytics, Databricks and PowerBI skills
• Excellent prioritization and resource management skills

• Demonstrated skills driving results with imperfect information
• Strong analytical mindset
• An effective communicator with excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.
