Job Summary


As a Fund Accounting Lead within JPM's outsourced fund accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of NAV for our clients. Your duties will include handling pre-NAV tasks, clearing exceptions, and managing client inquiries.


Job Responsibilities


  • Escalate delays and issues promptly to supervisors and management.
  • Serve as the team's subject matter expert in the domain.
  • Act as the first escalation point for issues and delays.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Provide leadership for escalations, audits, and client due diligence.
  • Develop efficient workflows with effective controls and establish compliant policies and procedures.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain process documentation, ensuring regular updates.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 


  • Strong expertise in fund accounting and NAV delivery processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting functions, including CapStock, Expense, and Distribution.
  • Proven leadership skills for managing escalations, audits, and client due diligence.
  • Ability to develop and implement efficient workflows with effective controls.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and maintaining process documentation.
  • Capability to assess and address training needs for effective team cross-training
