Join our IT team as a Functional Test Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology. You'll author test cases, coordinate with stakeholders to understand test requirements, and actively participate in project and organizational ceremonies. Accountabilities:
As a Functional Test Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting test case review meetings and completing them as per project schedule. You'll also understand defects, collate necessary items for defects, and raise the same using the appropriate channels. Additionally, you'll adhere to internal policies and norms to ensure compliance.
Essential Skills/Experience:
3-4 years hands-on experience with Functional Testing Concepts
Good understanding of Testing lifecycle
Hands on experience in writing test scenarios, scripts
Good understanding of project artifacts like Strategy, Plan, Reports etc.
Good understanding of defect lifecycle and triage
Ability to frame basic SQL queries
Excellent Analytical and Logical Thinking.
Experience testing with tools is a plus
Experience with Selenium is a plus
Basic understanding of DB concepts
Hands on experience working in Agile projects
Experience in Life Sciences is a plus
