Role: Functional consultant

Report to Team/Functional Lead

• User requirement gathering. Work with customers, understand requirements and communicate to the development team
  • Translate user requirements into Functional Specifications
  • Write functional specification
  • Explain functional design to technical team members
  • Document test cases and conduct testing of solution
  • Install & Configure FTPS and related software components
  • Ensure the solution design meets functional specifications
  • Customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Responsible for successful closure of Installation Qualification (IQ) and Acceptance Tests
  • Product/Solution training to customers
  • Responsible for successful go-live & hand over of project to customer
  • Work with the project manager and technical lead, for delivery of the project
  • Understanding of GAMP, GxP & GDP
  Educational Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's/master's Degree
  • 4 to 6 Years' experience as a senior Business Analyst
  • MES domain knowledge
  Skill requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working in a customer environment
  • Apply demonstrated to develop workable solutions across departments and organisations
  • Experience in SAP, databases, OPC, PLC
  • Communicate in clear, understandable manner
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks across customers simultaneously
  • Experience in utilizing change control processes and procedures
  • Encourages cooperation and teamwork across organizations, functions and within teams
  • Demonstrate an inclusive, collaborative style to ensure results are achieved and supported.
