Your Role and Responsibilities
Define and set the technical direction and vision for the product development.
Design and oversee the implementation of complex software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure architectural consistency and coherence across the product portfolio.
Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.
Translate business requirements and leadership vision into technical solutions and actionable tasks.
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality software development.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Must be a good problem solver and experience in technical leadership.
Total 12+ years of experience in full stack development, deployment and support.
Expert in data structures and Algorithms and implementing abstractions.
Expert in change management and version control best practices.
Ability to work independently or as individual contributor when necessary.
10+ years of development experience with development and code reviews.
Expert in any public cloud like AWS/Azure/GCP.
Good understanding in frontend & backend development programming languages, tools and framework.
4 + years of backend infrastructure deployment and management using Kubernetes
