We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

• Highly proficient in working in an agile way with a high empathy for continuous delivery and DevOps – must be able to do small, low-risk, high cadence change. Typically will release to production daily if not multiple times per day.
• Adaptability is key requirement for this role in order to 'get the job done' this is a combination of technical change as well organisational change
• expertise in systems thinking is foundational
• empathy and understanding of people and the roles they play in organisations
• Has a deep awareness of technology, what is happening in the tech community, thinking critically about it and applying that to delivering change
• Technology / programming language is not a barrier to getting things done - engineers will typically be polyglot and have no issues with learning on the job. They will have a natural understanding for the core technical skills instead of specific frameworks allowing them to be very diverse in what they can do.
• Always strives to continue to learn and persuade others to continue to learn as well
• Required to work with product owners directly without any intermediaries and without the need for supplementary need for other roles such as architects, technical leads, business analysts, scrum masters, project managers etc. Willingness to take on product ownership, if need arises, to drive the direction and aid 'getting the job done'.
