Job Description: Full Stack Lead Developer

Positon : Lead / Associate specialist

• Primary:
  • Node.js
  • AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway)
  • JavaScript ES6
• Secondary:
  • React.js

• Serve as a Full Stack Tech Lead, guiding and mentoring team members.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand technology requirements and design solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop technical specifications and detailed documentation for new features and enhancements.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements and suggest ways to incorporate them into existing solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
• Participate in the resolution of technical issues and provide technical support to team members.
• Collaborate with the testing team to ensure software solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.

Primary Skills:

• Strong expertise in implementing APIs using Node.js and Express framework.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript and ES6 features.
• Hands-on experience working with AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and S3 services.

Secondary Skills:

• Proficiency in React.js.

Additional Skills:

• Good knowledge of test framework implementations using Jasmine or Jest.
• Good understanding of REST API and microservices concepts.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience in handling client interactions and leading teams.

• Should have 7 to 12 years of experience in software development, with a focus on relevant technologies.
• Experience with software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews.

• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and project planning sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions.
• Write, test, and deploy software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other team members.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements.
• Provide technical support to team members and resolve technical issues.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing requirements.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
