Job Description: Full Stack Lead Developer
Positon : Lead / Associate specialist
Software Requirements:- Primary:
- Node.js
- AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway)
- JavaScript ES6
- Secondary:
Overall Responsibilities:- Serve as a Full Stack Tech Lead, guiding and mentoring team members.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand technology requirements and design solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop technical specifications and detailed documentation for new features and enhancements.
- Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements and suggest ways to incorporate them into existing solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
- Participate in the resolution of technical issues and provide technical support to team members.
- Collaborate with the testing team to ensure software solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
Technical Skills:Primary Skills:
- Strong expertise in implementing APIs using Node.js and Express framework.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript and ES6 features.
- Hands-on experience working with AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and S3 services.
Secondary Skills:
Additional Skills:
- Good knowledge of test framework implementations using Jasmine or Jest.
- Good understanding of REST API and microservices concepts.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience in handling client interactions and leading teams.
Experience:- Should have 7 to 12 years of experience in software development, with a focus on relevant technologies.
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews.
Day-to-Day Activities:- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and project planning sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions.
- Write, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other team members.
- Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Provide technical support to team members and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Soft Skills:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing requirements.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
