In this role you’ll: 

• Set technical standards and processes to improve the performance of the team.
• Help prototype unprecedented ideas to ultimately vet feasibility.
• Be a key part of our pitch and sales process, supporting Growth Monks and Producers to help craft digital solutions for our clients. This includes hybrid experiential, platforms, virtual solutions, and live stream.
• Vet incoming projects, define our initial response and take it from there. Your extensive expertise in conquering technical challenges will safeguard new projects from the get-go.
• Work with our teams across the globe.
• Engage with experimental technologies that can be technically challenging, requiring you to lead the way across uncharted paths of development.
• Once sold through, you’ll help prepare projects for development by our production strongholds across the globe.

Requirements:

1. Speaks English fluently.
2. 8-10 of overall experience
3. Expertise in AI and automation tools, web-based platforms.
4. Fluent in Python, Experience in other coding languages such as JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
5. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
6. Knowledge of social listening platforms and digital campaign tools.
7. The position involves frequent client contact and builds on your ability to talk about technical matters in a clear-cut way.
8. You’re a strong communicator, confident in presenting (technical strategies) to both internal and external. 
9. When it comes to development, you’re a polyglot with functional knowledge of a wide variety of languages and expert-knowledge of technical architectures and content management systems.
10. Hands-on knowledge of prevailing technical stacks is essential as we produce ever more advanced products.
11. You have a knack for digital thinking and tech trends, demonstrated by your development experience with beta technologies and APIs.
12. In addition to knowing your languages, you can advise on hosting infrastructure, security, performance issues, and the prevailing internet memes.
13. You have in-depth knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure, risk management/compliance and related information security requirements.
14. You’re experienced in providing quick ballparks and accurate project estimates, clearly defining the scope and underlying assumptions.
15. Teamwork is at the core of how you work. You know when you need to acquire specialist assistance to help you reach the common end goal.
16. Some work experience with advertising campaigns, digital marketing, or a creative agency is a big bonus.
