Job Role Summary

As a Full-Stack Developer at Talmond Consulting Services LLP, you will define technical solutions to implement new features from an ambitious roadmap while maintaining the existing codebase to high standards.

• Your role includes participating in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement discovery with Product Management to planning with the Development Team and Scrum Master.
• You will also liaise with automation engineers to ensure top-tier testing and Quality Assurance (QA), and assist in setting up and maintaining the deployment pipeline.
• This position requires proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, as well as active involvement in improving the deployment and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills is also a valued aspect of this role.
• The developer should be willing to learn and adopt new stack as per the needs of our company and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, React, Node.js, HTML, and CSS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Assist in identifying and designing UI for frontend development
• Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment
• Develop custom websites on Wordpress with PHP and CSS
